The CEBAS (Centro de Edafologia y Biologia Aplicada del Segura) is a "centre of excellence" in high quality agriculture and environment research which belongs to the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). The institution cover three key research areas: Natural Resources, Agricultural Science, and Food Science and Technology. The aim is to attain the conditions necessary for the sustainability of the resources existing in fragile zones, especially soil and water, proposing suitable agricultural practices to produce high quality, safe and healthy plant foods. |
