  the ENVRI community of Research Infrastructures
  and the airborne research community in the USA
• Strategic Advisory Committee to guide EUFAR development
• Development of Open Access to EUFAR facilities
  to broaden the user community and optimize their exploitation
• Fostering of coordination for the harmonized
  development of future airborne observing systems
  including aircraft, UAVs and instrumentation
